The Home Team manager or delegated official must provide the game results to the GAARA Statistician within 48 hours of the game, preferably immediately following the game. This form will accomplish that reporting procedure. It will be electronically delivered to the GAARA League Statistician and the GAARA Referee-in-Chief immediately. There is also a requirement to report both referee's names and their ORA Ref Numbers when submitting this report.

Please download and use Game Sheet Labels for the game sheets. This allows for easy reading for statistical purposes. You can print these labels on any 2"x 4" labels with 10 per sheet.

Refs Names & Numbers are at the Bottom of the Game Sheet. If not legible, please write a note in Comments Section of the Report Game Score form.

Any fully served penalties (ie: Match, Misconduct, Major, or Unsportsmanlike penalties) must be reported.
