GAARA will fine EACH instance of information listed below, if missing on Registration Night. Further fines may be incurred if the missing information isn't provided within a month, and every month thereafter.
Athlete Release Forms
For players living in Quebec, playing on your Ontario team
The player in question must fill out and sign an Athlete Release Form and send it to Ringette Quebec for their authorization, in order for them to play on an Ontario team. Once signed/authorized by Ringette Quebec, they will forward it to GAARA (or your home association). Please allow ample time for Ringette Quebec to sign and send it to us. Player suspensions and Team fines may be incurred at any time during the season if ORA finds a Quebec resident playing in Ontario without this Form.

Player Evaluation and Registation Form
For players new to GAARA, or who haven’t played in the last 2 years
The player in question must fill out and sign a Player Evaluation and Registration Form.
Bench Staff Code of Conduct Form
For ALL bench staff (head coach, assistant coaches, trainers, and managers)
In accordance with the Ontario Ringette Association policy, all bench staff must sign a Bench Staff Code of Conduct Form.
Criminal Record Checks
For ALL bench staff (head coach, assistant coaches, trainers, and managers)
In accordance with the Ontario Ringette Association policy, all bench staff for Open/Masters teams must complete and submit a criminal record check. Please see By-Law 27 for details. You must possess a letter from the volunteer organization stating that you are seeking a Police Records Check for the purposes of volunteering, which is here Letter from GAARA. NCCP#
For head and assistant coaches (not the same as their ORA #)
If you do not know what your head and assistant coach's NCCP # is, please have them email database@coach.ca and include the following (so they can verify they are giving the correct number):

Only the coach for which this is needed should be putting in this request, as private information is included in the response back.
