Rule changes update

Hi all,

This is me again, your referee in chief! Well, as you know by now, this is a rule change year. All the team bench staff and referees are currently getting the refreshers but, before everyone get through all their clinics, games are still happening AND the new rules and emphasis are being implemented.

Some of you have already experienced it and it might be an adjustment for some at first. So, I just thought it would be good to give everyone a heads up on the main focus that referees will have this year in regards to the rules.

GAARA Challenge: we need more referees!!!!!!

This is what you need to become a ringette referee.

What does it mean for your first year:
- Attend a level 1 clinic (one full day in September or October)
- Put yourself into the scheduling online system (you provide your availability and the regional assignors will send you request for games - you then need to accept or decline any new game in a timely manner)
