Registering with RAMP

Registration using the RAMP Portal

Player Registration 

1. Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com (or create an account if you are not already registered)
2. Select “Register to a Team”
3. Enter the Team Invite Code that was emailed to you. If you did not receive an email, ask your team contact for the code
4. Read and sign the waivers, consent forms, and code of conduct and submit your registration
5. You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration

 Note: If you are a player-coach, you must register as a player first, then register as a bench staff member.

Bench Staff Registration

1. Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com (or create an account if you are not already registered)
2. Under “Available Participants Packages” select Bench Staff
3. Read and sign the waivers, consent forms, and code of conduct and submit your registration
4. You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration
5. Forward a copy of your bench staff registration confirmation to  registrar@gaara.ca with your team and bench staff role so that you can be added to that team’s roster

Registering as a Spare:

1. If you are new to GAARA or have not played in the GAARA league for the previous two playing seasons you must complete a Player Evaluation Form to be submitted to the GAARA Player Evaluation Committee evals@gaara.ca - prior to registering in the RAMP system
2. Email registrar@gaara.ca to request an invite code for the RAMP Registration Portal, advising of the level of play you have been approved for
3. Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com (or create an account if you are not already registered)
4. Under “Available Participants Packages” select GAARA Spares
5. Enter the Team Invite Code
6. Read and sign the waivers, consent forms, and code of conduct and submit your registration
7. You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration
8. Once you have registered through RAMP, e-transfer your total fee of $97.25 to treasurer@gaara.ca. Ensure to indicate GAARA X Division Spare (where X is the skill level you were approved to play at) in the notes section of your e-transfer.
