Registering in RAMP

Registration using the RAMP Portal

Team Registration - opened July 15^th

1. Log in to the RAMP Registration Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com  (you will need to create an account if you do not have one)
2. Select Team Registration
3. For Division select 18+
4. For Tier select the appropriate level for your team (A, Adult BB, B, C, or D) Note: D is for the Dev Division
5. Enter requested information
6. Enter email and First & Last names of confirmed (approved by PEC if new) players on your roster
7. Once you have registered your team, email brigitteregistrar@gmail.com (please copy  gaaraexecutive@gmail.com) to request team activation

Team Player Registration - opened July 30^th

1. Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com  (you will need to create an account if you do not have one)
2. Select “Register to a Team”
3. Enter the Team Invite Code that was emailed to you. If you did not receive an email, ask your team rep for the code, Click on Find Team
4. Choose Account Member to Register
5. Choose your role (I am a Player)
6. Read and sign all waivers, consent forms, codes of conduct, etc.
7. Fill in Payment information (credit card) as you will be paying your RO Membership and insurance fees
8. Submit your registration
9. You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration

NOTES

• Registration in RAMP must be done using the Team Invite Code
• Players requiring evaluations (see section 2 of the League Rules and Regulations) can only register once they have been notified of their approved level of play

Affiliate Player Registration - opened August 24^th

The registration for affiliates is a three-step process. The steps MUST be followed in the exact order.

1. Complete the Affiliate Player Application Form only after your skill level eligibility has been confirmed by the Player Evaluation Committee. If you played in 22-23, 23-24 or 24-25 enter April 30 2024 as your PEC evaluation date in the form.
2. Upon confirmation of acceptance at the requested level - remit GAARA Affiliate Player Fee to the Treasurer ($45)
   • Payment is by eTransfer to treasurer@gaara.ca. For alternate payment arrangements, please contact the Treasurer.
   • Please ensure to write full name affiliate registration in the memo/comment section of the eTransfer.
3. Once the Treasurer has confirmed receipt of payment, the Membership Services Director will email you the instructions on how to register in RAMP. You will also receive an email from RAMP with the GAARA affiliate player registration invite code. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REGISTER IN RAMP until you receive the invite. There is a level specific link.

Bench Staff Registration - opening August 29^th

1. Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com (you will need to create an account if you do not have one)
2. Select Coach/Staff Registration
3. Chose Account Member to Register from dropdown (if applicable)
4. Chose a Division - YOU MUST SELECT 18+ - from the dropdown menu
5. Chose Team from the dropdown
6. Chose Bench Staff position
7. Read and sign all waivers, consent forms, codes of conduct, etc.
8. Pay the applicable fee
9. Submit your registration
10. You will receive an email confirming your registration. 

Important Notes for Bench Staff:

• You must meet the qualifications for the position selected. If you are the team rep you cannot select Manager unless you have taken and passed the Ringette Canada Managers course.
• All bench staff must be over the age of 18.
• If you are on more than 1 bench, DO NOT register a second time. Email Brigitte, Membership Services Director, and let her know which other team you are on the bench for and what position. She will add you to the TRF of that team.
